The daily mile is a popular, simple initiative that sees children run/walk or jog for an average of 15 minutes ever day in their school. The aim is to improve their physical, social, emotional and mental health wellbeing of our children – regardless of age or ability. Research as shown that The Daily Mile can even increase attainment in primary school, and parents have reported an increased interest in health and wellbeing after they have started The Daily Mile.
